With my help, lots of positivity, a truly actionable plan, and helping you find your unique strengths, you'll be inspired to get going and to keep going. Everyone's journey is different, so your training will be made to fit your individual needs.
I am a keen sportsperson and have completed triathlons, ultra-marathons, and climbing ventures. I love finding adventure in the great outdoors, but also love functional training at home.
