kHumanConnections was created to offer independent and people centred support to, groups and organisations, for the development of effective practices. Working within the health and social care and community and voluntary sectors and statutory sector.

The principle practitioner at kHumanConnections, Bhaltinder Khuman, has been working in advocacy, community development, organisation development, training & facilitation, organisational policy and procedure development, assessing in advocacy, management, customer services and health and social care since 1996.
Our practice has always been supportive and effective throughout the past 15 years. We have a genuine approach to working with people that encourages and motivates individual and group development. The feedback Bhaltinder has received has been consistently of a very high calibre.
